  OUR FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

Food safety and quality assurance is FFS Foods number one priority, we always holding a strict company policy to deliver superior value in every fun food product. In conjunction with the efforts in pursuing highest quality standard, our production plants are strictly controlled and monitored with modern machines for integrated online production. By the way, we strive for continuous improvement on our Food Safety Management System. Efforts to meet HACCP requirements were initiated in December 2005, with proper documentation for each stage of production and the implementation of all prerequisite programs that support the HACCP plan. In April 2006, FFS Foods (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded with HACCP Management System.

 
     
 
HACCP SYSTEM – FOOD SAFETY POLICY & OBJECTIVES

FFS Foods (M) Sdn Bhd as manufacturer of premixed ingredients is committed to make quality product that conforms to both statutory, regulatory requirements as well as food safety requirements [MS 1480 (HACCP), Food Act 1983, Food Hygiene Regulation 2009, Food Regulation 1985 and MS 1500 (Halal Food)] of our customers. Our commitment is to communicated and maintained at all levels of the organization to ensure that our company mission is always achieved. Besides, management review is done regularly on the food safety and quality management system to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and the system's effectiveness through yearly meetings.

Our food safety objectives:

1. To ensure yearly laboratory test analysis results comply with the internal specification of the company.

2. To reduce customer complaint cases to not more than 10 cases per year, customer complaint cases on food safety to not more than 5 cases per year.

HALAL POLICY

We, FFS Foods Sdn Bhd as a manufacturer is committed:

• To produce Halal fun foods products that conforms with the Halal Standard requirement (MHMS2020, MPPHM2020 and MS 1500: 2019) as well as food safety requirement (HACCP) system for our customers.

• In maintaining and improving established Internal Halal Control System in our premise so that the system is always up to date.

• To ensure that products produced are halal, clean & pure for the consumption of all, by only using halal certified raw materials.
