The standard commercial kaya ball batter, and the one on our own café counters.
This is the kaya ball mix we run in Mr Magic's Café, which is the honest reason we recommend it: it has been tested against real mall customers rather than only in a development kitchen. It is the default starting point for an operator adding kaya balls to an existing counter.
