A coating batter for skewered items, fried to order and served with a dipping sauce. It is a savoury line for a counter that already runs sweet ones, and it works the same way the waffle sausage stick does commercially: hot, handheld, no cutlery and no seating, which is what lets a small pitch turn a queue over quickly.
