Crispy is the plain, unfortified base of the waffle range — a commercial batter built for a repeatable result at volume, so the twentieth waffle of the afternoon comes off the iron looking like the first. It mixes, rests and bakes like a conventional waffle batter and takes every topping we supply, from the sweet spreads and jams through to the savoury seasonings.
