Vitaplex B+ is the line FFS is known for: a commercial waffle batter fortified with the B-complex group — B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 and B12. It was formulated so a fun food counter could carry a nutritional story without changing how it operates. It mixes, rests and bakes like a conventional waffle batter and finishes golden and crisp, and it carries every topping we supply, from the sweet spreads and jams through to the savoury seasonings. Operators tend to run it alongside Vitaplex B+ Crispy rather than in place of it: two batters on one machine widen the menu without widening the footprint.
